Found incorrect information about a restaurant or product? Use the report button on the place or scan result page in the app.

Submit a Place

Know a halal restaurant that's not in our database? Submit it directly through the app — go to the Saved tab and tap "Submit a Place".

Subscription & Billing

iOS: Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Android: Manage or cancel in Google Play Store > Subscriptions.

Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and all associated data from the app: Profile > Delete Account.

FAQs

How accurate is the halal analysis?

Our system cross-references ingredient databases, halal certification records, and expert knowledge. However, we recommend verifying directly with the restaurant or manufacturer for complete certainty. We are not a halal certification body.

How many free scans do I get?

Free users get 5 scans per day. Watch a short video to earn 10 additional scans. Premium subscribers get unlimited scans.

Why can't I see ads / watch videos?

Ad availability depends on your region and device settings. If ads aren't loading, try again later or consider upgrading to Premium for unlimited scans without ads.
